1: Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the provision of software concluded by a consumer or entrepreneur with Luis Henrich-Bandis, acting under "HBW Software UG (limited liability)".

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2: Subject Matter

2.1 The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the software offered by the Entrepreneur in electronic form.

2.2 The Customer does not acquire any intellectual property rights to the software.

3: Conclusion

3.1 The software products described in the shop serve to submit a binding offer by the Customer.

3.2 The contract is concluded by clicking the button that concludes the ordering process.

4: Usage Rights

4.1 The Entrepreneur grants the Customer a non-exclusive, unlimited right to use the software for private purposes.

4.2 Renting or editing the software is not permitted.

5: Final Provisions

All legal relationships shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr.
